I ordered tires and somehow got the wrong ones again. It’s frustrating because this isn’t the first time, and I’m starting to wonder if there are extra fees or charges buried somewhere that I’m not seeing upfront. Overall, just not a great experience

The tires weren’t exactly cheap, but they weren’t crazy expensive either. After I ordered, I ended up finding a couple better deals, so yeah, kinda kicking myself for not checking around more first. Still, overall they’re decent and I’m not too mad about it

I booked through townfairtire and went in assuming it would be a quick, straightforward visit, which it mostly was. The service itself was fine, no real issues there. I did kind of immediately notice the store didn’t feel super clean though. The waiting area had some dirt on the floor and the chairs looked worn, so I just assumed it hadn’t been tidied up in a while. The bathroom wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t exactly great either. Not a huge deal overall, just made the wait feel a little messier than I expected.

I tried placing my order online, but the checkout page kept freezing on me. It would get all the way to the payment step, then just sit there with the little loading circle spinning, which was frustrating. I even refreshed and re-entered everything, including my address and card details, and it still happened again. Not the worst thing ever, but it made a simple order feel like a chore.

I had to call twice about my tire warranty, which was a little annoying because I was already trying to get it handled before running errands that afternoon. It took longer than I hoped, but they did eventually sort everything out and covered part of the cost. The staff was nice enough about it, so I can’t really complain too much.

So... the tires were put on just fine, but one of the wheels had a small balancing issue afterward. The staff took care of it and got it fixed, it just ended up taking a bit more time than expected

I gave Town Fair Tire a shot, but the location near me just isn’t convenient. It’s out of the way, and getting there ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. For something as simple as a tire visit, I felt like I lost way too much time. if they had stores in better spots, I’d be much more likely to go back.

I had a good experience with Town Fair Tire overall. The emails and updates were easy to follow, and when I called the store, they actually took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Weirdly, I remember there was hold music that sounded like it belonged in a grocery store from the 90s, which made me laugh a little while waiting. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that one callback took longer than I expected, so I had to follow up once. Not a huge deal, though. Other than that, everything was clear and the communication was solid
